I realized this post needed clarification- YES i’m a PERV. YES, I regularly do things like drunk-searching for “boobs” on FLICKR. this search …I did not count on this. crescenthead, amateur producer of pics and vids of floppy, buoyant and lactating breasts, is not your father(or mother’s) prolific purveyor of passion. It’s not that the videos & photos are that original or weird or perverted per se (unless of course you find lactation weird or perverted); It’s just that they’re odd.
The oddity comes from the juxtaposition of the closeups of jiggling,wiggling and acrobatically manipulated bosoms, in SLOW-MOTION(wtf?) with oddly cheerful and muzak-y soundtrack!
In the old days of tape bootlegging and trading this kind of thing would end up on some “mondo video” collection. Or maybe my friend Matt paradise’s Public Access show, SUBTERRANEAN SINEMA (we shall miss you Matt). Anyways, what I like about Crescenthead’s ouvre is that it has a kind of outsider art sincerity to it. A weird, peverted(yay perverts!!) sincerity- but sincerity nonetheless.
