Here are a few of my daily sketches from over the spring-summer. I have been doing 3 sketches a day every morning while doing my 3 S’s. Or sometimes at/after¬† breakfast if I get derailed. Either way, I’ve accumulated many many sketches. I do this as part of my morning mindfulness meditation (google it, Jon Kabot-Zinn, Phillipe Goldin, etc.). It clears my mind- and it is right now ( as my responsibilities have skyrocketed since May), my only means of centering myself, thoughts etc.¬† As I do the breathing part of the meditation- I am also drawing whatever comes to mind, which seems to be superhero characters. some new and some old.
